This hypothetical material exists out of mainly porous polymers.
By adding material that blocks UV and Atomic Oxygen, add Silica Aerogel and add Erbium-Doped Silica-Based Glass-Ceramics,
we can get a cheap and thin material that is, according to a phase-A concept design, 0.96 thermal emmisive.
1. Top/Outer: Ceramic Doped Silica.
2. Main Shield: Porous Polymers.
3. Bottom/Inner: Silica Aerogel.
